About Petty Court

Petty Court prepares formal-looking parody documents for informal disputes: stolen fries, unanswered messages, late arrivals, and other matters beneath the jurisdiction of an actual court.

Each filing is delivered digitally and clearly marked as parody with no legal force. We never use real court names, official seals, case numbers, or judge names. Documents are delivered only to the purchaser and are never sent to the defendant or any third party.

Courthouse stationery — cream paper, serif type, ruled margins, with an obviously fictional court name and jurisdiction. Never designed to pass as a real document.

We refuse submissions naming public figures or alleging criminal conduct, threats, or sexual content. We also do not accept filings directed at a named person’s employer or school.

A minor offense deserves a complete record.
